Hi can any body tell me how can i be free from my spinal column pain,iam newly 29 years and i do Marketing job where on earth i ride my Vehicle around 50km per day pls serve me through some exercise or through any medicine even i am worried nearly my sex life pls aid

Yeah, i enjoy severe scoliosis and no sex drive but that could also be due to the pain meds i filch and just the chronic torment i suffer every day!! Try sleeping near a pillow bw ur legs too! Swimming is best exercise, get into physical treatment, i go twice a week.worthy luck!
