My aunt is suffering from knees pain and difficult to hoof it since 10 to 12 years. Now she is difficult to walk. Her age is 45 years approximately. She get treated with different doctors, finally doctors prescribed her to bring back operated. They said that her cartilage is becoming dry.

Answer: Your Aunt has be told she needs knees replacements as the Cartilage in the knees have 'worn out'. Sorry but once the cartilage has gone it have gone and now she have bone grating on bone. Problem being the longer bone is grating on bone, the more wear to the termination bones, in turn making the knees replacement harder to undertake. Therefore gain her the Surgery. Good Luck
