Do I own a pulled muscle?
Okay, so at school we have this stupid dance part in gym, and we enjoy to do line dance. We needed to do little "toe taps" with our right leg, as some of the tango steps i mean.
After a week of dance, my left leg feel sore on the back of my vanished thigh.
It's been here for something like 3 days now. It hurts when I stretch the muscles near. like when I sit next to both my legs stretched out on front of me it really hurts. its sort of a stretching, slightly tingling feeling. near are no bruises.
I'm really scared. Whats wrong near me?
Answer: I think that most possible it is a muscle strain..b/c most likely your not doing toe tap everyday so you may have used a muscle to be precise not used alot and doing for days contained by row you muscle will get fatigued and produce lactic bitter when lactic acid builds up it make your muscles sore and the fact that you cant stretch w/ out spasm indicates a strain muscle i think ..use reheat compress's.rest it and take some tylenol if it doesnt consistency better in approaching 3 days see a dr.but keep contained by mind if your still dancing your totalling strain so it must rest to heal if it doesnt make well with rest you be paid have to see a dr..
I am a M.D and those are usually symptoms of any a pulled muscle or a sprained tendon. The best piece to do at times like specifically to let it rest or maybe place an ace bandage above it to avoid inflammation.
Before and after every serious exercise, you are supposed to do stretching exercises. Get a memo from your GP excusing you from this exercise then try to grasp back contained by shape.
