What cause the niggle contained by your side that happen when you exercise?

I recently started jog, and I often obtain a "stitch" in my side, but lately it is not going away and Im curious what cause it.

Answer:    Great question since not a soul knows. I hold been told too much nouns taken in the lungs and diaphragm, too little of nouns, gas trapped in the intestines especially if you enjoy just eat. I have read where on earth it is the organs moving and putting pressure on the diaphragm.
What you can do is stop or slow down. Take deep breath and grunt when exhaling while you rub the side. Keep running and strengthen your ab muscles may prevent them from coming on.
