Why am I so sore?

I just get done working out, and I forgot to stretch afterwards and now I am really sore. How do I receive this go away? Will steroids work?

Answer:    When you work out, lactic sour build up in your muscles (it cause the hot, stinging feel within your muscles). So, stretching helps grasp rid of the lactic acid build up. If you work out short stretching after, the lactic acid is still contained by your muscles and you will be very sore. Just stretch a bit immediately and you should b fine in a daytime or two.
If you haven`t worked out in a while, you`ll surely be sore.
Steroids won`t to a damn construe for your soreness.
Soak in a hot tub. :]
Just relax. sit down.stretch a little bit at a time...or saok within a hot bath!
...AND STAY AWAY FROM THE STEROIDS!
Do not pinch steroids. Try soaking in a hot tub or taking a hot shower. Stretch your sore muscles surrounded by the hot water. Take ibuprofen.
try to look for salvage type powder supplements, or steriods for fun the soreness could be due to lactic acid that developed surrounded by your body while exercising. it causes intense tender after working out (i'm experiencing it right now...).

the certainty that you didn't stretch afterward could be a reason as to why you're so sore. try soaking within a hot bath, or even going for a tramp.
steroids? what are you an idiot. ugh im disgusted.
after working out you can still stretch out at home...i do it all the time to accumulate time. avoid steroids. you are on the right track. soreness however will stay with you for three days no business what ...especially if you haven't used those muscles in awhile. I do this quit normally myself, so keep it up and devout luck.
