Broken foot?
i think i broke my foot yesterday. I am not 100& sure. It hurts to put your foot on it, there be an instant bruise & a small bump. i cant bend my toes all the route and if i lift my foot up (like tilt it towards me) it hurts weakly. my mom broke her foot and went 2 weeks since she knew. so do u presume i broke it? it hurts to drive and if i walk on it too long i start to split up.
Answer: Yeah you should definitely win it x rayed. It sounds like it's probably a doomed to failure sprain, especially if it hurts to bend your toes and move your foot around. You never said where it hurts on your foot, but most sprains will hurt within the arches. As far as treatment, I would put some ice on it and try to hold it above your heart. Hope you feel better!
it sounds to me approaching it maybe a valid bad sprain, but the just way to be sure would be to shift and have a xray done
