Only thing I know roughly speaking it is that acids cause it. I take alcohol contributes towards it and makes it more itchy Gout is a build up of uric acid that exibits itself by a painfull sore big toe. stop drinking beer
diminish red meat intake
reduce seafood especially shrimp/prawns
cut out malt liquor
drink natural apple cider vinegar with hose after meals
steal celery / celery oil pills
use baking soda
drink 2 liters of wet a day to flush excess uric tart out of the body
