My nephew was constipated around two weeks ago. He passed a bowel movement with exceedingly very much difficulty and wasnt competent to pass another one for a week beside nearly the same amount of difficulty. That be on tuesday. yesterday he passed another bowel movement (the first one after being constipated) and it be very loose. we have an idea that that he has an anal fissure though which developed two weeks ago beside the start of his constipation. How can we treat this? He doesnt even want to pass typical bowels becausee of how painful the fissure is. Is nearby something we can do without taking him to the doctor? by the road, he is 14. Please no rude comments.
