no exactly everywhere at the same time..but if i push down on my skin it kinda of hurts..or conceivably burns idk

Fibromyalgia is a possibility as is RSD or neuropathy.
But Im sure in an hour youll be fine! :) Is your skin crawling? Do you hold a headache too? You might be about to procure hit with the flu. My skin other gets really sensitive a daylight or two before I catch sick. If you also have desperate joint dull pain, Lyme disease can make your skin hurt. Burning strain can be from fibromyalgia. I'd say if this is something different, give it a couple days. If its be going on for a while and you have any other symptoms, dance see your doc.
