Would this be protected and ok to do?
i believe i have arthritis surrounded by my wrist and/or arm after breaking it sometime in 1993 or 1994. i would hold been 8 or 9. i'm 22 presently. today when i got up i be in niggle. yesterday i had to return with a sewing machine out for a customer's purchase. those can be indigestible. i think possibly that could have be part of it or i slept wrong. and i construe its the weird weather. first its freezing cold later yesterday and today its been 40s and bucketing. tomorrow its going to be in the teens and snowy, stormy. i put an icy hot patch on my arm just below my elbow because that's hurting me. my wrist is huring too. i have the therma aid arthritis heat wraps for the wrist/hand. i be wondering would it be safe to wear both? the icy hot patch lately under my elbow and the heat wrap around my wrist/hand. they wouldn't come in contact beside each other. i know some of those speak don't use with another heat pad. but i'm guessin they parsimonious one u plug into an outlet. yes arthritis can hit someone my age. i was told any age

It should be fine to do, as long as your nerves are within good condition (no diabetes, etc). Also, you could hold Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. check into it, and ask for a confirmation of arthritis from your doctor. I hope you feel better soon.
Many family who have broke a bone at a pooled complain of stiffness type ache/pain yrs later..when it is cold or humid out...probably not a intact lot to do ..but you should be evaluated by PMD or ortho.
