Can you stop computer related wrist throbbing near foot strengthening exercises?

After my wireless mouse broke, I started using a corded mouse again&my wrist has started to hurt.

I tried a wrist brace but, to be honest, it sucked&I'm going to return it.

I will keep hold of looking for a good wrist brace but I'm wondering if a paw exerciser might help.

I get a Squeezie type of exerciser from Target for $4.00&I am hoping to find my Ball inside a Ball exerciser like this one http://www.wisdomandhealth.com/dynaflex-...

Using the squeezie charitable has shown me that my vanished hand is MUCH weaker afterwards my right so I'm glad it came beside 2 squeezie exercisers. However, when I use my right hand it hurts a bit right where on earth the hand join the wrist if you follow the line of the thumb.

Is this carpal tunnel?

Will using the squeezie item hurt my hand MORE since it hurts a bit when I use it?

I don't want to lead to MORE damage!

I use the computer A LOT for both business & entertainment…

I am trying to be “Good” next to my movements but it is hard!

Answer:    Sounds resembling it may possibly be carpal tunnel, especially if you spend a lot of time on the computer. If it is, afterwards squeezing exercises will cause more injure. You need to sleep contained by a wrist splint, use an ergonomic mouse pad (the generous that has a wrist rest so that your arm is at rest next to the wrist out straight), take an antiinflammatory resembling Motrin or Aleve, and see a hand doctor who can evaluate it properly. And don't do anything that cause more pain.
