Pins and needles when I flex?

In the past, when I would work out, I would occasionally consistency a "crunching" around my elbow and get pins and needles surrounded by my triceps and forearm. Now, it has be happening more regularly and even happens if I flex my arm. It also carry a bit of pain very soon, with a strange sensation afterwards. What could this be?

Answers:    Pinched brashness. Probably somewhat like tendinitis.

There is a leash that you wear around the muscle just below the elbow. That should be favourable to your situation. Taking IBUPROFEN should be helpful next to swelling and inflammation (that usually comes along with damage).
