What exercises can I do, despite a lower posterior injury?

I have a lower spinal column injury, something to do with a disc moving bizarre, but want to keep things ticking over within the gym. Are there are any exercises (upper or lower body) that will put little to no pressure on my lower put money on and will enable me to keep hold of lifting weights? If it helps, I'm a applicant of a gym with plentifully of varied equipment. It's comparatively important I find something as the rest of my team-mates are starting a rugby programme already and ideally I'd close to to reduce the amount of catch-up I'll be doing once I'm fully fit again.

I'm also suffering from lower disc problems,had Physio for a while & be told to invest in a gymball,in that are several stretching exercises you can do on it that will help build up your stomach/back muscles in need causing more dull pain,guess your gym would have these on site,newly ask for advice on what things you can do on it.Good luck,hope your soon awareness better.
