Insomnia?

i only sleep around 4 hours a hours of darkness, if that. and i can ONLY sleep if i listen to music or talk on the phone, i enjoy to hear somebodys voice. I really only surface safe around my two best friends. ones a girl and ones a guy. unfortunatly i live contained by a different state as them. could i have insomnia?
and if i do what are some ways to attain better?

Listen to music later. That seems to be your hasty fix, or start to feel comfortable sleeping alone. I enjoy a big stuffed animal, it gives the fantasy that someone is with me, makbe that will aid you.
Insomnia sufferer here.I can help you sleep,but I cant alleviate your insecurities.It sounds resembling, you have allot on your mind when you are trying to sleep.Try taking philosophical rhythmic breaths,clear your head by picture your self looking down a thoughtful well or a murky hole.Remember that you are in control.Fall ,at length,float carelessly,into this abyss.Breath extremely as your doing this.
Still awake?Remember you are in control of the abyss,so you own nothing to scare.
You might try sleeping with a fan(I DO),or some type of "white noise".This shuts out the world around you.I used to sleep beside the radio or TV on until I discovered "white noise".
I agree, some sort of background pandemonium will help. Same next to me. I can't sleep if there is "pin drop" silence. I own to keep the fanlight open for fresh nouns and street noise. A devotee helps within the summer, but too cold in the winter, even if it is facing the in front of direction. You could also try taking a boring book to bed... or tune in to a boring TV show and if truth be told try to watch it... meditation works all right, too. Maybe take a yoga or meditation class.
Sounds more similar to anxiety/depression. The best thing is to bargain to a doctor.
Insomnia is often cause by fear, stress, anxiety, medication, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes for no adjectives reason. Make sure your bedroom is peaceable and dark.
