Wrist Sprain: How long does it hold to fully restore to health?

I got a Grade 1 wrist sprain from a gym injury. Particularly when I be working on my biceps. It probably happened while I be lifting the bar. This is the first time this happen to me.

I've been using rime packs and a wrist splint to speed the retrieval but approximately, how long does it take to recuperate from wrist sprain?

Should I take ibuprofen or something?

Answer:    People rise and fall, but you might be looking at 4-6 weeks, perhaps longer. You're doing the right entity, but yes ibuprofen will help near the inflammation and also keep the wrist elevated as much as possible, try to use a sling, that will hang on to the arm and thus the wrist, angled above the level of your heart, this will speed restorative up.
