How can i attain to sleep behind schedule and still wakeup behind time?
I'm used to getting up at 5h45 during the week but try and sleep at 21h15.During the weekend I CANNOT sleep that early exact I have dinner beside my parents,go out etc.The problem is,even if I sleep at 00h00,I'll get up up at 6h30(just cause my body is used to it)and consistency ultra sleepy the whole year!How can I sleep late AND still receive up late,resembling all of my friends,even though during the week they sleep and wake up up early,during the weekends they acquire 10h of sleep and wakeup like at 10h30!I'm 13,I don't hold coffee,I don't take nap.PLEASE how can I get my body to sleep very well,at least 8hours short going to sleep super early on weekends?
Answer: Unfortunetly it take 3-4 days to reset your body clock - so any weekend, this is not gonna happen for you. You'd involve a week off to set off a new sleeping guide, otherwise, scientifically, it just can't come to pass.

Since you are so young permit me tell you something that none of your friends know. It is upright for you to go to bed matching time every night and take up the same time every morning even on weekends. Your body like it way better. If you are similar to that your whole go I predict you will live a very long and full go and will make lots of money and be severely pretty. Remember sleep is for your beauty. It keep you young, and specifically what everyone wants to be.
