I get a tattoo for a while more than a month ago and it seem to be shiny and wrinkled?

I know it is probably normal, it's on my forearm right below the wrist. Has anyone have a similar experience, when do you think the unmoving skin will fall bad?

Answer:    wash it and put some lotion on it. a dutiful quality lotion, not the fragrant fruity stuff.

a month does seem a long time to cart to heal. but the shiny and wrinkled sounds close to the healing process, so I don`t know yours just take a little longer...
relatives heal differently...at hand is this stuff called tattoo goo ...it perserves the color while your going through the intact flaky stage...dont freak besides if it messes up the place has to repeat it anyways...
consult with the tatt artist.
if its shinny consequently its still healing i wouldnt over moisturize it any. Anything more then twice a morning is too much.
