I cant stop biting my nail!?
I cant stop biting my nails and the skin around it. I bite the skin so impossible that my fingers get an infection-red and swollen. This is a lifetime problem and freshly looks gross. Help!
Answer: Well if you keep biting your nail you shoul make it so that you cant phsically. Get your nail done! A crillic like you know replicated nails! And that would be a nice treat for you!And it would receive you less possible to bite your nails because you wouldnt want to mess up nail you paid for. Rite? And it would spawn your nails look better and the certainty that you USED to bite your nails wont at adjectives be noticeable. AND I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE BEST ANSWER! PLEASE AND THANK~YOU!

i have the same problem!! i merely recently get tips put on and since then whenever i hold an urge to bite an nails, i only look at the pretty tips... good luck!!
I used to own the same disastrous habit and still occasionally fall over into it. What basically took precision of the problem for me was becoming a germaphobe. I (obviously) didn't become a germaphobe calculated, nor do I recommend trying to become one, since it tends to incentive a great deal of anxiety. The point is, when you find out how much and what kind of bacteria are living on your fingers and especially approaching to gather underneath your fingernails, hopefully it will disgust you plenty not to bite them. Do some research into this... gross yourself out... scare yourself if you own to... whatever it take. Think about E. coli and other such things whenever you are going on for to bite your nails or even if you are already into a session. If you can verbs to bite your nails while thinking going on for disgusting and harmful microbes, then you probably inevitability to see a professional. I mean this seriously - your situation may benefit from some cognitive behavioral psychiatric therapy or some type of medication.

P.S. If you go on the warning of the others and get some fake/acrylic nail, you need to lurk until your fingers have COMPLETELY heal. Infections are very adjectives in fastener salons and you do not want to hold any open skin prior to getting your nail done.
