How come i cant sleep?
every night when i jump to bed, like every hour one the hour, i get up up! i dont smoke, do drugs, or anything like piece like thatr. i consider myself unbelievably healthy do anyone know whats up?

Answer: yeah...caffeine...but try like if you can't sleep in 30 minutes, get up and try doing something hyper or try reading, try drinking reheat milk. if none of that works...i suggest you tell your mom and ask for doctor give a hand. =) but before that.i give attention to.you should also check your sleeping time. sleep earlier. don't sleep at midnight or right back midnight. 10pm should be best. =)
Try exercise. No caffeine or sugar after 1 p.m.
This should help you sleep. If not try meditation
If you are drinking caffeine ..I might preserve you awake.Try not to drink it atfer 5pm or earlier..Even drinking chocolate is caffeine..i don't know if you eat it i be just letting you know
are you taking within too much caffeine before bed your too involved at night, your 12? whats your bed time, if you do not own one then put together one (a) 12 it should be 9 pm at the latest, do not examine tv after 8 and if your religious pray or read a book
do not try medication, thats bad for you
