I hold a backache contained by my arms muscle after my first bodybuilding practice! what i should do shrink this dull pain?

2 days ago was my first practice of bodybuilding and after 2 days i own a bad spasm and every my arms move have twinge.
help me thankfulness!

Answer:    Just take it graceful. Next time you train don't work yourself too hard, or kind sure you stretch before training and after to thaw yourself down.
stay hydrated and work through it.. It will subside after a week of workouts.

you should take low class pain slaughterer and try not to lift cumbersome things. This is called insurance.

This is the result of knowing you've have an excellent practice.

If you want something to motivate you, it's the pain you're sense now.

My suggestion is to live through it. Nothing feel better than the constant reminder that you're kicking ***, and by kicking *** I mean it's your ground breaking ceremony for body building.
