Unlikely the symptoms would show up a whole week after the injury. If you are really worried turn to the doctor and have your commander scanned. The radiation from the scan will do more damage than what ever is wrong with you immediately, but you will know for sure that your brain is still in within.
take 2 motrins every 6 hours...it'll assistance...and try not to stress ur self 2 much.
you could have cracked your skull it is exceptionally soft on your forehead,,,concussion would have artificial you soon er,,,go and bring it checked out and ask for an xray
