Which means of access are you supposed to point your toes when you bring a calf cramp?
well that be nice way to start the light of day, in debilitaing cramp. I know that you can make it budge away depending on the way you your foot is angled. I stood up straight, don't suppose that's it because it was still hurting pretty fruitless, is it point your toe down or up?
Answer: Up. You might want to sit down and have someone push your foot up too. Thats a angelic way to really loosen it up. Good luck.
I get these a lot while I be pregnant & I learned really hasty to point my toes toward my tummy as I was stretching formerly getting out of bed in the morning & this seem to prevent them. Train yourself to do the same.
