I enjoy a knees injury what ab exercises can i do in need cause more injury or niggle?
i had in recent times started a light work out program formerly i got the injury so i don't really know much more or less fitness...but i want to keep working on my abs and upper body lacking having to stir to the gym for a few weeks but all the ab exercises i can suggest of makes my knees hurt
Answer: You'll want to do exercises that don't twist the knees in any passageway, or force the knee to tolerate more counterweight. You can works on your abs and upper body in your arm stool. Get some small hand held weights for your upper body. You can also sit on a stool and do some partially squats from the waist without using your legs.
