Hey, this may seem weird, but I'm 15 years older, I don't play sports, and sadly im pretty lazy, so I don't do much physical buzz. About two weeks ago, my lower back started hurting really badly. Over time the torment got worse and worse, its in two places right below the middle of my fund on the left side, is where it hurts the most, and it hurts on the contrary side also. My uncle is a Chiropractor, and he put the electric muscle stims on my back and poped it, and ive even gotten a massage, and that lone seems to help a short time. I tried taking tons of advil,alieve,tylenol,and doans. We just went to Mexico, and we picked up some Mexican Soma, and it relieves adjectives the pain, but it doesn't solve the problem. Does anybody know what to do? PLEASE! anything will help.

Answer: I have the same problem also; well I be a bit overweight and I used to sit on my but for long periods of time. I suggest you try and get exercise, you'll get the impression much better after about a month.
A lot of people who are not physically influential have back issues. If you are overweight afterwards the extra weight can put pressure on your back. If you hold bad posture, that can damage your vertebrae. If you don't sit straight in a chair, that can hurt your back.
Try this: Work out (strengthen your back muscles, it will hurt at first, but draw from better with time), sit straight and learn how to better your posture.
If you still enjoy a lot of issues, or the pain become too much to bear, make sure you do see a doctor.

When I be 14 my back and knees hurt a lot. Like, severe cramp. I went to the doctor and she told me that it was merely growing pains. I thought it was totally crazy that there wasn't something extremely wrong with me but the pain be really just growing pain. Since you haven't done anything to hurt your put money on, it may be growing pain too. You may want to go see a doctor though, simply in case.Stomach strain when i lounge down and try to sleep ! If you guzzle alot of junk food or sweet stuff you may be having kidney problems. I suggest try a glowing diet and limiting your consumption of junk food.Or if you tend to sit down not leaning agains anything it can mess up your lower rear really bad I've done it before. Take Ibuprofine and sleep on a heat pad. also be sure not to do anythingto put stress on your back.

Hi, I kind of have like thing. I'm a little younger than you and I merely crack my back. I'm in karate but, I've of late gotten my yellow belt. Are you on the computer alot? I am on it all the time.. and my subsidise hurts from arching it. I think that might help.. Maybe you do simply need some excersise.. It's not that bad. Hope I help!!

It could be a strain. It does not have to be a single action that cause the strain. It could be a continuos action strain. In other words, several small motions that have minimally strained the muscle and eventually built up.Shin Splits-What are they and how are they cause?

Your stomach muscles hold tons to do with your back muscles. Tighten up you stomach muscles and sit up straight...i betcha you'll surface relief.What you need to do is start going for walk.while walking stand straight with you stomach muscels tight. u shudnt be poping pills lik that .. they arent upright for u all they do is mess with ur nervoous system..its because u dont find physical activity and u probably have impossible posture..
start excersizing and ask ur uncle to help fix ur posture. also make sure u wear proper shoes.. the type of shoes u wear are extremely improtant contained by posture n pain in ur legs and posterior!
and if ur a female.. wear a good supportive bra.. produce sure u have the right size.. most females dont wear the right size adn dont get the support that they stipulation and it can cause back backache as wel
