Knee discomfort...see details!?
I take something like 6 hours of dance a week, not including when I practice around the house. I am have a lot of knees pain, no popping contained by the knee, basically a lot of cramp. It hurts to walk and run, and bend my knees. What can I do to return with rid of the pain ?
Answer: Firstly I would recommend steal a few weeks out of dancing!! Your knees is a very concrete part to restore to health when you keep moving on it when injured!! To keep hold of up fitness try swimming!! but I would certainly strap up the knees when dancing and at dark relax it in the hip bath and rest it at night!!
