Sleeping next to thorny contact lenses?

im new to rock-hard lenses ... i know you cant sleep over night beside hard contact lenses but can you pinch a nap during the daytime? or do i have to travel through the long cleaning, taking out and putting in process?

Answer:    I wouldn't, especially if you are an involved sleeper, the edges of a hard contact are mortified and can hurt if they are moved and then pressed while sleeping.
If they are gas permeable you should be okay to help yourself to a short nap near them in.
I wouldn't recommend it. Usually if you purely slip them out and into some solution for a nap it would be fine, next do the cleaning in the evening similar to normal. The complicated lenses can slip off rotten your corneas and get stuck elsewhere, which is VERY prickly! In no time it'll be a 3 second process and it won't take you any time at adjectives to slip them out and back within again.
