How do I wake up up myself up to own get-up-and-go for the sunshine ?
I had a sleepover second night and am immediately going to my friends. I need to own lots of energy because we own to paint her room. I am not a coffee person and am disappearing in an hour so I cannot stir to sleep. Does anyone know how I can have the heartiness to get through the daytime ?

Red bull, coca cola, mountain dew, donuts, candy bars--these will adjectives give you a nice boost for a while. You'll hold to bring some along to keep your spirit up, however. You'll eventually crash, and feel even more tired than beforehand, so you have to hold consuming it to keep the impression of energy going. Be sure to combine this near eating some glowing foods, though--it helps to hold on to the energy level moving.
Also, don't stop. Keep being live. Slowing down gives your body a kismet to think that it might achieve some sleep, and often make it harder to get pay for up and keep working. Develop a steady tread.
