Tension headache?
i have be having on a daily basis headaches, sometimes my forehead get soo tense similar to somebody is squeezing it and i can't relax it, is that a tension headache? it seem like as soon as i travel to bed i get a headache and i get up up with it, i can't sleep for crap and i am sooo tired of taking MEDICATION! my doctor put me on some migraine prescription but i can only return with 9 a month with my insurance and they cause me feel really chance so i dont take one unless it get really bad, what cause a tension headache, stress? anxiety? HELP!
Answer: I procure them whenever I am stressed out and the only point that works for me is excedrin tension headache. I own tried migrane medicine and everything below the sun and the only piece that works is the excedrin.

ok im not sure but try going to a physio, i have BAD headaches for close to a yr and it turned out to be my neck. even though my nouns didnt hurt.
umm short term, put an icepack on the sore part of the pack of ur head and ur foot in melt water. that will draw the blood away from ur principal and ease the tender. i know what u mean almost taking heaps of meds! such a pain.
but yeh try the physio!

I do not take medication for headache...there are some Lawanda microwavable pack sold by Avon. I find it real productive, otherwise Chinese Carminative Balm...It has worked for me since I be 17 years old.
