You see I used to be really active, a runner and I play sports everyday. Then after a while I stopped and become lazy and lost my stamina and muscles. And just this minute, like since past due december and since 2008 started I suddenly got vertebrae to intensive training, swimming everyday, sometimes jump rope till I grasp all soaked from organizer to toe and it's a great workout results came swift BUT after 3 weeks my knee become weak and my lower shin burns beside pain everytime I try to run. Doctor say my knee is ineffectual and can't find anything wrong with my shin... Then he give me three weeks rest from sports and I want to exercise but I'm afraid of having my knees give agency... Any suggestions? I'm so afraid cos my mom's friend runs 10km everyday and 30km on weekends and one day his knees broke(don't know what's the word, sorry). When I heard it I be terrified but I still wanna carry back to my helpful lifestyle... What should I do? :(
Answer: use an elliptical domestic device to keep you within shape... i'm a runner too, and I've found that they don't put as much strain on my knees and they still give me a pretty well brought-up workout.
Hi, i don't know how long you have stopped exercising, but from what you own written i guess it must have be a couple of years. You shld gradually increase the intensity of your workout if you stopped exercising for some time, even if it's merely 1 or 2 months. I think you own overstretched yourself already. Now u must listen to the doc's advice and tolerate your knee get better first. Eat more protein food in writ to heal faster. After that exercise regularly but don't push yourself to the extreme, judge you shld be fine after some time. Gd luck!
