How much sleep is a 21 year out-of-date supposed to acquire?
Does anyone know of any stats/information regarding age and amount of sleep? I am a twenty one year hoary girl in college, and I average perchance 4-5 hours a night. I am dying, I'm so tired adjectives the time!
Answer: A person aged 19-30 requirements 8 hours a night. It lessen as you get elder.
Age 31-45 only requirements 7.5
Age 45-50 only requests 6
Age 50+ only requests 5.5
In general those are suppose to get 7 - 8 hours of sleep per dark.
Babies fluctuate, seniors need smaller quantity sleep.
Teens / adolescents need the most (21 is still adolescent) because their bodies are still growing.
As much as you can capture. Don't burn the candle at both ends. While when I was your age a dozen years or so ago, I could live on smaller number sleep, I find now I a moment ago can't. I am a grouchy mean ornery chick if I don't grasp at least 6, preferably 7 or more hours of sleep. Sleep deprivation is no ploy. Driving sleep deprived is like driving drunk they read aloud. You need more sleep :)
