What's the produce of frequent foot cramps?
My feet keep hold of cramping randomly. It's not solitary uncomfortable, but annoying! What can I do to aid?
Answer: I've had this problem...but along beside it, I also had cramping within my calves, especially while I was asleep.
Turns out, I be low in potassium, so presently I eat a banana every afternoon.
Where is the pain, exactly? Is it surrounded by the heel/arch? When do you feel the affliction?
If you feel foot discomfort when you wake up surrounded by the morning or get up from your computer bench (i.e. start walking around after a period of inactivity), you may hold flat feet. That's what I have.
