Abscess returns for the 3rd time?
Back in December I have a perirectal abscess drained that was the size of an egg. It be very hurting and I was glad when it be healed. 2.5 weeks ago I have a bump the size of a large pea come up on duplicate site as the abscess on the scar. After something like half a year it burst and alot of blood kept draining from it. I called the after hours number for the surgeon and he said that I could hold a secondary infection from the first one. I go in to see him and he said that I could hold a fistula that was cause the abscess but that he wanted to lurk to see what happens previously he did surgery. Well.. last hours of darkness i noticed that I have another small abscess on the same nouns and it popped too. Lots of blood.. I have an appointment to see him this afternoon. I freshly want to know what is wrong and if this is going to prompt him to look more into what is going on since this is the 3 one in around 2.5 months. Any one had this transpire to them or had surgery because of it?
Answer: I estimate with it periodic they need to explore a surgical remedy for it. If this continues and it continues to grow and be infected you run the risk of becoming septic and having a systemic infection. I would definately believe that the doctor would want you to see a vascular surgeon for a consultation on how to more effectively treat this with an outpatient procedure.

Sounds close to what I had contained by 1987 wow it was so impossible and painful
I have been into hospital for core surgery I was really sore from the wound consequently a "boil" seem to come out within lots of places the first few were acceptable
Then I got one close by my right shoulder yikes! so painful my doctor tried to spar it and said nothing come out so I went within penicillin injections for 5 days.
Then had more blood test my doc then told me within amazement that what ever it was it be eating the penicillin for breakfast, so he started to put me on different types of medication even sulfa which hardly get used now.
The wound have to be cleaned up every day husband couldn't obverse it so my son took over,it seem to walk on for several weeks then one morning as he be cleaning it up a teaspoon of gel came out and the wound closed now.
After that I saw a allergist after many test It was discovered I have a fault surrounded by my immune system and need to enjoy transfusions each month it worked.
I have my ears pierced but they became so infected I be told to take the earring out.
Also found out I have inherited it from my grandmother its OK presently just own to keep a eye on it.
