Should I wrap my ankle?

I was skiing yesterday and fell and when I moved my ankle contained by my boot it was a sharp discomfort. It was a bit swollen final night and I be limping. today though it wasn't that bad, a bit rounder than the other ankle and a bit more tender. I'm not really limping but it hurts from walking around all year. I'm thinking I'll just rime it and wrap it in a tensor plaster and eliminate physical hustle and bustle for a few days. If anything it's just a minor one.

Answer:    Yes really the wrapping will both give support to the ankle while it's tenancy as well as shrink swelling during the immediate days after the injury.
I conjecture you are on the right track. Thats what I would do.
i would keep up what your doing, but by Monday if its not an iota better, you might want to get it exrayed to be on the not detrimental side..
good luck and I hope your ankle get better..
Yes i would've done the same piece. try to stay off the ankle and preserve it elevated. Maybe your ski boot was too loose and cause your ankle to twist when you fell, but you didn't catch sight of the pain until after you moved your foot within the boot. Yes, I think you should wrap it for support since you hold been walking around adjectives day. Ice and elevate it. Rest it as much as possible. It should remodel, if not see your doc.
Yes jump ahead and RICE (rest, ice, compression, and elevation) and no problem wrap it in an ace heating pad. Good luck!
