PLEASE HELP! I hurt my foot/ankle by wearing my suede boots?!?
I was walking around adjectives day contained by these wet suede boots (my foot were frozen, and they be wet because of the snow/water on the streets)...and the subsequent day and for two days presently, my ankle has be killing me. What should I do? I'm trying to brand it better by tomorrow, cuz I have a great deal of walking to do tomorrow. Thankss!

Answer: If you think the headache came from the cold environment, next you should soak it in a tub jam-packed with heat up (but not hot) water occupied with some epsom brackish (they're sold in small containers contained by any drugstore for about $2, possibly?) and then manipulate and stretch afterward. (roll your ankles repeatedly)
If it didn't come from the cold, maybe the boots weren't supportive adequate for your feet? contained by which case I'd still suggest impossible to tell apart thing, and wear comfortable shoes until the twinge goes away. If it still hurts, support it near self-stick tape. (again sold at drugstores). you can find the correct method to wrap an ankle online.
Um... quit wearing suede boots?
