Health, doctors and hospitals?

Do you think we are becomming hypercondriacs? I'm not one for running to the doctors, unless here is some very discernible reason for concern. I construe my last drop by was 3 years ago beside shingles. But, it seems to me that some folk tolerate their health rule their lives and spend most of their time worrying roughly finding something wrong. Test for this, tests for that. The mere thought of person summoned for testing sends me into hysterics and then, following any conducting tests, there's the wait to find out if in that is anything wrong overcomes me with severe depression. I am a big believer of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" Some of my friends stop by the doctors with sore throats, cold and pulled muscles. I've strained masses a muscle in my life span but, wait long adequate, and it's gone away with working through it. What do you dream up? Is our health taking over our competence of life? After adjectives, none of us are immortal.

Answer:    I feel indistinguishable way as you do. I'm also of the military camp that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I haven't been to the doctor within who knows how long. I am blessed near good condition and I have a highly strong immune system so I'm an over all clean person anyway, but if/when I do hold something come up, for me the doctor is my last resort. I kinda perceive that our bodies are designed to combat illness and it's best to tolerate it try & fix itself first before tallying some medication to it.

I'm certainly not against doctors or modern prescription (I work in a Dr. organization actually), but I think some ethnic group run to the doctor for every little thing. You wouldn't believe how various people telephone us because they "have a cold" and they want something for it. Of course, a cold simply have to run its course, but just to mollify them, our doctors usually prescribe an antibiotic even though it won't do any good.

I'm next to you- I've had my fair-minded share of sore throats, sniffles and aches & pains, but they're adjectives quite mild and I bestow my body a chance to filch care of it first back I go to the Doctor...usually it'll be cleared up surrounded by a day or two and life span returns to normal.

I work beside a girl though who is 27 years old and she have 8 doctors.she has one for nearly every body system! She is other sick and is always goingto the doctor for every little entry.sad really.

Have a blessed daylight :-)
It is my 30 years experience in medical area that It is not the physical health but mental form which make personage ill. Yes some times physical complaint require some sort of treatment, but most of the time patent's mental stress make him/her under the weather, which presented as physical illness. Some mental re freshness by Yoga, Prayanam, en jovial communication with Friends, enjoy our work, all will hold illness away from you. I can vote with confidence that majority of us have forgotten to take proper breath. If you do this things regularly, than visit to doctors might be reduced to 1/4. I suggest to improve the feature of our health, utilize reserved sours es of our existence, a gift given by God!!
It's adjectives very powerfully for you to say that, I can see that you hold never been seriously not at your best. If you were, you'd enjoy a different opinion. I used to own the same attitude in the past I was taken below par, never took any pills, and was other the one for natural remedies, if any. But it have all changed in a minute. In the past two months, since I be discharged from the hospital, I've been to see the doctor FOUR times, and for minor things similar to colds and rashes and the similar to. The reason? The doctors told me to transport care of myself, lead to my immune system has feeble, and they need to monitor me closely.
So what I want to read out is that you are lucky, and you should thank your stars for not having to see doctors, and not be judgemental of other associates.
you should go to see your doc Yes somewhat, some populace need a doctor, abundant don't. Doctors milk insurance companies and insurance companies milk us.
