going on an interview soon. any ideas from experienced stna's?

Answer:    Well individual i work in a nursing home. Just be yourself. I tight-fisted Cna's are needed everywhere..Trust me on that. Just stay calm and vote what comes to your mind. You need to update them what they want to hear witch is..You will promote Independence when they are able, You involve to have the residents do as much for themselves as they can. Not adjectives residents can do their Adls (activities of daily living). When psychoanalysis gives you a account and asks them to be up at a certain time. Try and do that. Because they stipulation to see that resident. They only own so many visit be4 there insurance wont agree to them see the resident anymore..Just try and help when every you can. I want you all the luck surrounded by the world. It's not an easy mission but someones got to do i guess. I love working near the elderly..But it will take a toll on your body..Good luck and god bless. Just be yourself within the interview..Always show the (C.H.I.R.P) Which is compassion, honesty, integrity, respect, pride in what you do.that's the most high-status..
great, a CNA job if I am right.

show your zeal for working in geriatrics, and speak I want to give them a great feature of life while they are here. promote yourself and be confident.

CNA is not an confident job and I similar to your decision
Patience is crucial for anyone working within a nursing home. I would stress traits such as compassion, pleasantness, a good work ethic, and inclination to cooperate.

There are two main things they're going to be concerned more or less... will you treat the residents with respect and dignity, and will you be an enthusiastic, cooperative partaker of the nursing team?

Good luck!!
respect and compassion for the residents. oblige them to maintain their sense of dignity and as much of their nouns as possible.
I am an RN and if I were hiring a CNA the first point I look for is a professional , neat and verbs appearance. I like to see an enthusiasm for working beside the elderly and a desire to improve their lives. Compassion is the number one characteristic in nurses. It is a must. Convey that to the interviewer. Be zealous to work and flexibility is important. Also, in recent times be yourself in the interview. The interviewer will be more excited to hire someone that is likable. Good Luck!! Do biddable work, a really good CNA is unyielding to find and a really invaluable part of the nursing home troop!!
