Recently the muscles in the right corner of my right eye will start arbitrarily contracting. I'd call it a spasm or hasty jerk.

What could lead to this and what should I do?

Fatigue/ Lack of sleep
Anxiety/stress
Eye strain

There is also suggestion in the medical world that it is heritable!.

In the immediate permanent status, get rest and try and relax more to see if it clears up. Reduce Caffiene intake, and use thaw out soaks (hot face towel over eyes). Take frequent breaks from the computer peak

If it persists and it is massively extreme it may be a sign that there may be a audacity disorder (don't panic)
