Pulled my groin muscle / groin strain?
i pulled my groin muscle and it hurts when i stretch it, but i need to be capable of do the splits for next week. i could do them past i pulled the muscle but now it hurts to unpromising. anyone no how to speed up my recovery time and will strecting it net it beter or worse?
Answer: Stick a cold pack on the painful region for up to a minute at a time. No stretching or straining for going on for 6 weeks.
Stretching it will make it worse. You obligation to rest it to give it hit and miss to heal.
Call rotten the splits for next week! You call for rest. Don't push it. Believe me, it can get worse.
