Wow this is a rugged one.
How I stopped for a while is I bought a bag of Tootsie Pops and everytime I considered necessary to light a cigarette I open up one of those and sucked on that. It helped for roughly a year and a half and I only just started again because so much stress at work and the kids at home.
It sounds crzy but I PROMISE it works. =]
I knew someone who be a heavy cuff smoker. She decided to confer up smoking when she developed cancer. She would relapse if something stressful happened--like if someone caught a cold or if the mail be late--she was incredibly addicted.
I quit for 6 months and started up again because I thought that I could have "newly one" cigarette. That turned out to be a big mistake since I am still smoking.
I quit at the end of 2007, surrounded by the last month since i quit, i took 2 puff's merely to see if i liked it still, for me quittinng be rather undemanding i just go cold turkey. I quit all throughout Basic Training and most of Tech School, but the military energy can be stressful.
I quit for 5 months once. And than I when to college. The reason I started to smoke again be becuase It was a social piece, everyone around me was smoking and not in recent times tobacco.
Now it has be 3 years since I graduated from college and the dependence just stuck beside me. I've quit MarryIwanna but still smoke tobacco.
I've made an effort to cut pay for and I'm now down to 5 smokes a time. I plan to be smoke free soon, by the end of the month. Problem is, I said that formerly...hopefully this is the one, the time I quit for good.
