Answers:    how old your son is ?. symptoms of nasal bone fracture. bleeding ,swelling ,extreme spasm ,
& shape change of nasal septa.
An x-ray would do the undertaking.

Why "want" you go to a doctor very soon? Doesn't Eastern Europe have doctors?
muzzle is swollen and looks like a gorilla and has 2 black eyes
It's crooked, swollen, bruising, when he discussions, he sounds like he have a stopped up nose.
A broken muzzle produces two black eyes.
Use ice to bring the swelling down if it is or isn't broken. Significant bleeding when the incident happen, bruising, swelling, stuffed up nose nouns when speaking, pain when breathing through trunk, crookedness, significant pain... hope this help
It's always be my understanding that if someone's proboscis is broken then it'll look different. Generally though, a broken feeler is like a broken toe surrounded by that there isn't a unharmed lot that can be done about it, except resetting it if it looks really crazy or affects breathing. Ice it (but not for more than ten minutes at a time, and not short wrapping the ice within a cloth first--otherwise you could damage the tissue), appropriate care of bleeding and torment, and if you're still worried when you get home consequently see a doctor then.
