iam having this same problem if truth be told in my baggage i twisted my ankle by god's grace i did not have fracture . but i could not stroll for 4 days. it is almost three months iam still not able to wander perfectly . but it is cold out here within kuwait and secondly iam also heavy set , for which iam also dieting today i eat just once in the afternoon within is agonising pain on my knees i hope somebody comes up next to a good counsel
go & consult a doctor he will minister to u. If your thighs are bulgy, then they rub together when you stroll while wearing sarees...if you wear jeans or salwar kameez, it won't hurt that much...
