Can someone break down this diagnosis for me?

I've been diagnosed beside Traumatized Capillary Hemangioma on my collar bone. I realize what it looks and feels similar to, but I'm just wanting a break down of the words please.

Answers:    Traumatized - Caused by trauma

Capillary - Meaning your capillary (small blood vessels)

Hemangioma - A benign skin lesion consisting of dense, usually elevated masses of dilated blood vessel.
