Mid final dull pain that radiate to the front where on earth your xzyphoid process is?


the pain started more or less 10years ago i started driving a forklift and after work my wife and i would ride around and the pain would start it wasnt desperate at first then the company doctor told me i have weak pay for muscles i worked out for 4 years and the pain didnt return with any better it didnt get any worse any also i only drove the forklift for in the region of 6 months the rest of the time i was surrounded by maintenance. i have a test done right going on for the time i quit that indicated i have a hiaitak hernia ive bee a self employed truck driver for 6 years no insurance and my chioropractor friend cant find anything wrong and to be honest make my pain worse instead of better. when his nurse grasp close to my spine with the ultrasound tool it feels moral but makes my intestines spasam for a while . when i eat i win bloated a the pain worsenes i can lay on my sided or lean support tighteten my stomach muscles and breathe out and my back pops and crackles right where on earth it hurts mainly on the right side but lately both sides hurt. the singular trauma that i can think of be about 12 years ago immature drunk and stupid i flew off of a trampoline and land flat on my back on the ground trying to do a backflip. the mri is to expensive im a short time ago lookin for ideas or somonelse that may enjoy a problem like this

What you have described is truly your diaphragm being tight, and without a doubt a few joints and muscles surrounded by the mid and lower back out of use correctly.

However the main culprit is your diaphragm. Your Chiropractor friend (unless he does Applied Kinesiology) will not look at your diaphragm as he will enjoy no technique to correct it.

When you diaphragm tightens it will cause tautness around the base of your rib shut within and also stress on your xiphoid process. It also will cause indigestion and if doomed to failure enough a hiatal hernia.

Lifting weights or doing exercises will not strengthen it, you if truth be told need to use some Acupressure exercises and breathing technique to fix it. It is a muscle you can't rest - try not breathing for a few hours.

You also need to symmetry your pelvis and lower back as these tend to be involved at like peas in a pod time.
