Answers: To use up cramps you can do the following:
Work-out/stretch
If you can't or don't want to work-out, at least stretch.
Consume, calcium, magnesium, B12, 5 tablets of omega-3 fatty sour fish oil, Vit E
Drink sea
Reduce salt
Avoid chocolate
Get lots of sunshine, stay positive and chirpy,
Ibuprofrin medications such as advil, aleve, or generic.
If they are also really discouraging some doctors may prescribe a Progesterone Suppository. Those are prescription though and may not be right for everyone.
The things you get cravings for such as chocolate and pungent foods, are actually doomed to failure for your cramps. They can however comfort you and keep you positive.
A heat pad or electric blanket is also soothing for cramps.
You can usually update when you are about to ovulate by taking your heat before you carry out of bed. Your temperature will decrease before ovulation and will spike in a jiffy after. It's not going to hurt you to work out. In reality, the increased blood flow might help improve the pain a bit.
So really it's your send for. There's no medical danger surrounded by you working out, but if you don't feel comfortable next don't.
Believe or not working out might if truth be told help your cramps. The endorphins that your body produces during and after exercise are instinctive pain killer. Try it!!

yeah you should be fine, working out makes them have a feeling better. just not too much! it can produce you start to feel lightheaded/nauseated. the more you move the faster your cramps will walk away!
