Pain contained by outer gone knees when bent at 90 scope angle near any pressure on?
If I kneel on floor, or even simply lean on my knee within a chair, I catch a wierd pain within the lower outside of my knee, sort of a pressure like something is something like to pop out. It's also started to bother me if I sleep on my side with both knees bent. Will it attain better? Wondering if wrapping it would help?

Answer: It sounds close to your meniscus is catching on something and becoming impinged. Have it checked out right away. I have a similar issue develop when I was younger, never get it looked and finally the meniscus tore. Surgery was no biggie but it be eight long weeks of rehab.
