Physically tired and I'm running out of concept of why.?
I really don't know what I can do to improve the situation. I drink a pint or two of hose a day, so I don't ponder it's because of dehydration. If anyone can give me tips of how to destress (a) academy and how I can not feel so damn worn out adjectives the time, I'll be forever grateful to you.

Answers: You probably wake yourself from mid-sleep-cycle. 9 hours is plentifully of sleep but it still falls into the average range. You may want to rouse yourself at an earlier time. The average sleep cycle last between 45 mins and 1.5 hours, depending on how long you've been sleeping, so if you get up up at 9 hours and you're tired, try waking at 8 hours 15 mins... It won't craft you feel great straight because you're breaking your routine, but the body takes 7 days and it can find into a new routine.
You should start working out or walking day after day. Start with basically 20 minutes and work up to an hour. This should help destress and it is righteous for your body.
May be the ventilation contained by your room isn't good satisfactory. Try doing some yoga if you are stressed, breathing exersises, lift some weights to develop your fitness level and engender it easier to carry your books around. How give or take a few going through your bag everyday and ditching the things you won't necessitate?
You are so tired because you are getting TOO MUCH sleep, and because you are dehydrated ... drop your 'sleep time' to 7-8 hours a hours of darkness, and drink A GALLON (64 ounces) of water or 'beverages' a daytime and you should feel more re-energized. You also need to return with some EXERCISE ... at least 30 minutes a year, but MORE if you can. You'll sleep better and you'll feel better if you do adjectives of these things ... but give yourself at most minuscule two to three weeks before you start to fell that much better, because it's going to 'take time' to seize all of the toxins out of your system and for you to 'get used to smaller amount sleep' ... but you do NEED to 'start sleeping less' right away ... that is what is cause your 'tiredness' ... so drop your sleep by 15 minutes tonight, and do that 15 minute drop every 4 days until you are down to 7-8 hours a night. As for you 'bag weight' you should bring back an 'over the shoulder pack' or two, so you can 'spread' the weight you are carrying ... you could be anemic, which would exact fatigue...also you said you drink plenty of water...but what are you ingestion?
food is power. make sure you aren't on a sugar dignified all morning, and eating too much processed food.
From my own experience, I notice that stress really tires me out, gives me headache, backaches, etc. I can with the sole purpose help by explaining what works for me. Exercise. It doesn't hold to be at a gym or anything. Some sit-ups, some push-ups, some dumb bell lifting. Do it at your pace, on your time but do it somewhat consistently. Hopefully, it will work for you. P.S. - I know it's intricate to get started but when you in reality feel smaller amount stressed from it, you will hopefully be motivated for future days of exercise.
I agree near the first person-exercise. If the gym you go to have a sauna or a whirlpool, sit within it for ten minutes after working out. Helps the muscles. Go to a massage institution for a massage-half the price if you can swing it(hard enough when you're within school, i know).
Maybe do a full body cleanse, one of those things you gain at GNC or a health food store. Get the toxins out and it might relief you feel better. Then in recent times watch the diet. Fast food over so various months can make you touch nasty.
capture a back pack that puts the substance up above the butt. it will reduce strain on your stern and so will standing up and not slouching. see a chiropractor about your posture and backpack position. you will be surprised at the difference proper placement of the pack make on your back. the tautness the backpack creates on your shoulders may be enough to incentive your sleep loss.
take a hot tub and keep refreshing the hot sea as it cools. lay there for an hour or more if you can. help yourself to in a book. make a payment bubbles if they make you grain better. maybe even a dvd player and scrutinize a movie. you will be relaxed when you get out.

Exercise...it doesn't need to be a ton, but getting your heart rate up for in the order of 20 minutes each time is the best thing to modernize your energy. I know it may appear counterintuitive, but exercising will help motivate your metabolism which will hold you burn calories, but more importantly for your situation, give you vigour! Exercising will also help you bring back a more restful sleep. If you don't have any extra time, lately remember to always help yourself to the stairs...even to the ninth floor, take the extra long means of access to class...play tag next to friends...just capture your heart pumping and the energy will follow! (Your body is used to the 2 hours of walking, so you will own to do extra, or do it faster and break a sweat...just bring some deodarant next to you to class for the sake of your peers ;))
Also, a pint or two of water (or other non-alcoholic or caffeinated beverage) is not plenty...you should be having 64 ounces, which would be in the region of 4 average size bottles of water a daytime. You also may need to regulate your sleep. Your body is cyclical so you necessitate to make sure your sleep is consistant (about one and the same amount and time each day). If you are getting 9 hours, but it is at adjectives different times, your body will become confused. And if your body naturally wake up a bit before your alarm, don't be in motion back to sleep, this will launch you posterior into another sleep cycle. And studies have shown that smoothly waking up minus an alarm clock will decrease stress level, but don't try it before a big audition!

I would consider both chronic Lyme and ES. Research them both as I think they are related and you don't usually own one without the other. Chronic exposure to EMR have been associated to all sorts of things, including poor REM sleep and a depressed immune system. This is why chronic Lyme and some adjectives bugborne infections may be involved.
