well near out knowing how you think something get up there on a serious record i would agree that maybe you do get worms and that it would be a safe entry to tell you not to loaf and go to the ER right presently. they have a prescription that they can give you thats safer and works quicker afterwards any ex-lax. i hope you feel better soon!!
