Hip Pain/ lower wager on, Help?
My hip has be bothering me for 2 months. I went to the bone doctor and he told me it would be better contained by 6 weeks if I didn't do any activities, which i didn't. I run 6 weeks later beside the same distress I was within before. My right side of my lower rear also hurts, could my hip and lower back be connected. I can run through the hindmost pain, its my hip thats really bothering me. Does anyone know what this is, or what I should do to treat my hip?
Answer: Sciatica will radiate distress into the hip . The pain starts at the narrative bone due to the S-1 / L5 disc being degenerate or bulged and encroaching on the gall root where it exits the spine between the ending vertebra and the sacrum . Then the pain travels down the boldness to the hip, and It is a WHOLE NEW Experience in PAIN ! ! Not profoundly you can do short of surgery, use lots of ice 1st,, after switch to moist heat. If you sit at the outskirts of your couch and push a rolled up pillow into your lap consequently hunch over it trying to put your head between your knees you will stretch the lumbar spine taking the pressure past its sell-by date of that nerve. Try this , if it make the pain stop for a while you know thats the problem. Other sage an MRI is the only solid way to report.
