My wager on hurts and feel chance adjectives the time. I try to enjoy better posture but I sit inadequately in need notice.?

I don't know whether I should pop my back or not and if I should, how should I pop it? I don't know whether I should slump on my back or my side and if I should story on my side should I switch sides every night to symmetry it out? My back usually doesn't hurt defectively but it hurts and feels unexpected and when I feel my spine it feel like it's bent too far outward. Occasionally, when I sit or fiction in a really unpromising position, my ears start ringing. My collar bone (or something near it that bends next to the movements of my shoulders) feels incompatible all the time.
