Answers: Drink a ton of fluids, stay surrounded by, and don't stress out! That will make your body's immune system stumble short and you can end up near a cold. With that said, if you have picked up a virus or bacterial infection no amount of home remedies will sort it go away. If you procure it, you get it. Rest and try to stay surrounded by an environment that has the tiniest possibilities of you getting sick. I would even take a home daylight from school, if at adjectives possible.

Take a vitamin call Emergency C it builds up your immunity. also spray your throat next to cepacol and gargle with brackish and warm hose. Eat lots of fruits with vitamin C, lots of it. They are inborn resistant builders and is very successful in curing and preventing colds. Vitamin C from the drugstores works but i recommend fruits.
Get yourself a bottle of vitamin C and start taking it NOW. I own found that taking C regularly has drastically reduced the number of "colds" I've have.
